Delivery Times:

Below you’ll find estimated delivery times and conditions. We do our very best to deliver the packaging as quick as possible. Generally, we aim to proceed with delivery as following:

Within Sweden:

• Processing time: 3-5 business days
• Delivery time: 1–3 business days

International Shipping:

• Processing time: 3-5 business days
• Delivery time: 3–6 business days
  (Delivery times may vary depending on destination and local postal services.)

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Each piece is carefully selected to meet a high standard of quality and longevity.
Still, if expectations not met, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return:

To be eligible for a return:

• As a customer you are responsible for return shipping costs
• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• All tags must remain attached
• Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted

Refunds:

• Refunds are processed once the item has been received and reviewed
• You will be refunded the value of the item/items
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  

Lost or Undelivered Packages:

• If a package is lost during transit, you are entitled to a full refund
• Wahlmér is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect information, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

We recommend reviewing your address carefully before completing your order.

International returns and orders:

For returns and orders outside Sweden, 

• Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in our prices or shipping costs
• These costs, along with return shipping, must be paid by the customer.
