Delivery Times:
Below you’ll find estimated delivery times and conditions. We do our very best to deliver the packaging as quick as possible. Generally, we aim to proceed with delivery as following:
Within Sweden:
- Processing time: 3-5 business days
- Delivery time: 1–3 business days
International Shipping:
- Processing time: 3-5 business days

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Each piece is carefully selected to meet a high standard of quality and longevity.
Still, if expectations not met, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return:
To be eligible for a return:
- As a customer you are responsible for return shipping costs
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- All tags must remain attached
- Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted
Refunds:
- Refunds are processed once the item has been received and reviewed
- You will be refunded the value of the item/items

Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Lost or Undelivered Packages:
- If a package is lost during transit, you are entitled to a full refund
- Wahlmér is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect information, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
We recommend reviewing your address carefully before completing your order.
International returns and orders:
For returns and orders outside Sweden,
- Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in our prices or shipping costs
- These costs, along with return shipping, must be paid by the customer.
